Kyle Busch ascended to the high-stakes NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2003 when he was just 18, proving himself right away in his first start with an eye-opening second-place finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway. A year later, he earned five poles, five wins, 16 top fives, and 22 top 10s and moved up to the Sprint Cup Series the next year where he quickly excelled once more, winning Rookie-of-the-Year honors.
At the age of 22, Denny Hamlin dominated the Model Stock Car circuit where he won a staggering 25 races in just 36 starts. On the NASCAR circuit, he became the first rookie ever to win the Budweiser Shootout and in 2006 was named the Nextel Cup Raybestos Rookie-of-the-Year. In 2007, Hamlin had 22 starts in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, registering five poles, three wins, 11 top fives, and 16 top 10s.

Fix some fast and flavorful Speedway Guacamole
Ingredients
4 soft and ripe Hass Avocados from Mexico
1 medium onion, finely minced
Juice of 1 medium lime
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
Salt and black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Peel and mash ripe avocados. Mince onions and add to avocados, along with chopped cilantro. Add spices to taste. Add lime juice. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves about 4.
